11/19 Practice Plans

Thursday, November 19th

Warm-up – light jog, bridging, push-ups & planks
Agility – hip heist, spin and score, knee grab, tie-ups and move, floating

Neutral A – review... stance, motion, level change, line of defense, closing distance
Neutral B – review... double leg set-ups: fakes to freeze, touch & move from collar, 2 on 1, double inside. finishes: step and chase to leg & hand turk, far side trip
new... front head and arm to collapse go behind and punch shrug

Top A – under arms, mobility, carry weight, control hands
Top B – tight waist remove post, spiral breakdown, half series (basic and near wrist to hammer lock)

Bottom A – hands, hips under, head-up, building base
Bottom B – position & reaction series (stand-up, head spin)
